We returned from Cabo last night and had a wonderful trip - thank you so much for all of your help.
All of our activities went well - the dolphins, the parasailing and the scuba.
By the way - although the Dolphin Trainer for Day is somewhat pricey ---- it was well worth it! The price included really cute board shorts and a polo shirt and baseball cap, a wonderful lunch off of their menu, great interaction with the dolphins - way more than most guests not participating in the trainer program.
We got to talk with their vets, prepare the fish for the training packs, got awesome photos and DVDs, very pretty certificates with our names printed just as we wanted, and we got to be the trainer for 15 minutes in one of the shows. During the whole experience we were treated as special guests and the facility is very deluxe. I would encourage anyone who has any interest in dolphins or just very special experiences to do this.
We really liked Dreams --- the all-inclusive was wonderful. We got two rooms together. Everything was so clean, all of the workers were very friendly and their guacamole was the best I've ever had. They arranged a photo session and we love our pictures ----- we would definitely stay there again and I would definitely look to you to help us again.

"Highlight of the trip" is an understatement. The view from our villa (first view of the Pacific Ocean) will be with me forever. I had the same feeling seeing the Cliffs of Moir in Ireland, and my girls for the first time. It sounds strange, but I was honestly frozen and couldn't take my eyes off the water for days. |

| My dad and I have been researching an all-inclusive Los Cabos getaway for months. Of course, I wanted to make sure that all of our planning and choice of place to stay was really what we wanted. Then I called Earth Sea & Sky Vacations, extension #108 and boy, oh boy, was my mind put at ease.
Not only was she very knowledgeable of the area, specifically she was also extremely and sincerely a wonderful individual. So kind and very thoughtful. She actually sounded like she cared. The trip was amazing. This was my second trip to Cabo and staying in Pedregal at a villa is the way to go. It is so beautiful there. Villa Saint Amore and service was more than we anticipated it would be.
The transportation from the airport upon arriving to the house was of the highest service. Our driver, Cesar, was extremely helpful; he even helped us shop at Costco and assisted us with getting all of our luggage and groceries inside. It was a wonderful start to a great week. I would definitely continue to use him as a driver. Maids, taxi service, no complaints at all.
Kassi, your assistance through this entire planning was of the highest standard. I truly appreciate all your help. I felt comfortable working with you and knew that I had picked the right company. I will recommend you and continue to use ESSV.

Everything was great. We loved everything. My husband said he would go back and do everything the same. We really enjoyed the yacht. That was awesome. The guys loved the Dune Buggies.
The only thing that I think we would change if we could would be a heated pool. But that is it. Everything worked out really well. I have actually already been on the website looking for another house. The Pedregal was awesome; we loved it there: the houses, the scenery, it was so nice.
Just so you know, we go away every year—this was our 6th trip and this is the first time we actually said we would go back somewhere another time.

The home was very comfortable, and everything we could want was available, from the high-end appliances to the outdoor covered grill area with granite counters. The pool and waterfall were beautiful, our own private paradise.

My husband and I were originally booked to stay at Casa Del Mar a few weeks ago. Approximately 48 hours prior to our departure from the United States for Cabo, my father had a heart attack and, subsequently thereafter, heart surgery. As a result we had to cancel our trip to Cabo. To our extreme surprise, we were given an extension of time within which to use our stay at Casa Del Mar. Your company's willingness to extend us a credit, especially on such short notice of cancellation, was above and beyond anything we expected, and my husband and I sincerely thank you for that.
I'm writing to you from the resort now, on our last full day of vacation here, which brings me to my second reason for writing to you: the excellent service we received from your staff but, particularly, from Kassi. Kassi was a consumate professional to deal with. She handled every question and request that I had with prompt, perfect service. As a business owner myself, I know from personal experience how rare it is to find someone who is excellent at customer service, even in the most trying of times. You have that in Kassi!
Not only did she assist us in re-booking our stay, she gave us suggestions (which we considered above and beyond what was expected) as to how to spend our time in Cabo, the cost of which could be applied to the credit we had with your company. With many employees, you may not be aware of each person's attributes, which is why I am writing to you about Kassi.

Stephanie, the housekeeper, was beyond friendly. Denni's Catering was so good, and the staff was so friendly. They were always on time, and everything was EXACTLY as we expected.
And the massages may have been the highlight of our trip. We had 9 30-minute massages, and they actually sent 5 masseuses out to the house, and they were by far better than any massage I've had in San Francisco. I'm already looking forward to planning our next trip there.

| We had a great time...what more can we say?! We had a group of over 50 that gathered from around the USA for a fun-filled week at the Pueblo Bonito Rose. Transportation from the airport was great - clean and first-class. Our hotel was very good, and I think it was the best location for walking downtown. The hotel concierge, Martin, was outstanding. I liked being able to have a meal on the beach, at The Office, Tabasco's, Edith's, etc. The family even hit the Hard Rock Cafe for burgers! Our Rehearsal Dinner was at DeNito - what a beautiful view overlooking the bay, rock formation and city as the sun went down. The Bridesmaid's Luncheon was for 30 ladies at the Iguana, downtown facing the dock and in the middle of the crossroads. Just a hole in the wall upstairs. We wanted something traditionally Mexican. Open, views of bay, town and mountains. Some of our guests having been visiting Cabo for 20 years and stated this was the best food they've had! We all took the sunset cruise - approx 40 passengers on one of the party boats. I left for Cabo feeling like I had visited with a friend who had pointed me in the right direction. I came back knowing we had done the right thing! Thanks for our family vacation of a lifetime! Warm regards. |

| I have just returned from my Cabo vacation and felt compelled to share my great experience. I first contacted Marsa Kelly back in March to plan a celebration for my wife's 40th birthday. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the properties that were available; the real impressive part was she spent a few hours talking to me (over multiple days) even though I was just at an inquiring stage. I wasn't sure if this would be the right choice for the celebration, but Marsa sold me.
Over the next month I was constantly adding to my reservation, changing the number of guest, pre-stock, transportation, spa treatments, and a floral "surprise." I never heard the answer "no" or was given any negative feedback, I know I was a pain, but she never showed it. Even when Marsa was out of the office, Laurie Mitchell helped me with any questions and sent out my 1st invoice.
All this was before we even arrived. Once we stepped off the plane and our private coach was waiting we were always overwhelmed at what we found next. After Marsa listen to my needs we decided that Villa Sol Y Luna would be a good choice, it was everything we could ask for. Upon entering Marsa had set up a rose petal message on the bed in the master for my wife, it was a great suggestion and made me a hero, but they also filled the tub with water and rose petals as well as all around the tub. The pre-stock was just enough party material, and the maid was outstanding.
We also had a catered birthday dinner that was better than any restaurant we visited (and we visited a bunch) and the extra waiter was professional, he worked above and beyond his duties, delivering drinks pool side before the dinner even started. We had spa treatments for the women in our group and again excellent service. The site manager Diego was also very helpful and worked with us.
I guess I could have just said great job by Marsa, Laurie, and all the staff that supported us, but that would not have done the celebration justice. Thanks again from my wife and our guests, we will all be back and recommend ESSV to all our friends.

We had a fairly large (and fairly demanding) group of people with us and had numerous requests for restaurants, spa services, fishing, etc…. The Villa del Palmer is a beautiful hotel and everyone was so helpful. The golf course was perfect and we all got in 18 holes before dark. The fishing was great with most catching fish and some of us (like myself) scoring on a big fish.
